 Hosted Buyer Terms & Conditions Minimize

 

 

To be part of the Hosted Buyer Program, each hosted buyer should commit to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.     Travel Details: The Organizers are responsible for coordinating your participation as a Hosted Buyer, allocation of your hotel, transfers (when applicable)

 

2.     Online Hosted Buyers Details: Your contact details, company profile, latest activities and plans in the Middle East will show in the Hosted Buyer’ s Search section. It is your responsibility to keep this information true and up to date as it is a tool for promoting your company.

 

3.     Online Calendar: The Organizers provides you with an individual online calendar to facilitate your networking with Exhibitors and organize your appointments ahead of time. AWTTE Organizers will also assist you with your Pre-scheduled Meetings with Exhibitors. You must add all meetings scheduled during AWTTE to this calendar.

 

4.     Communications Difficulties: Failure in contacting Exhibitors should be transmitted to the Organizers in order to facilitate communications.

 

5.     Meetings Requirements: In order to boost your credibility points* with the Organizers for future events, you will have to secure at least 10 meetings with local tour operators and hotels and 5 meetings with other international exhibitors.

 

6.     Credibility Points*: The Organizers will track the schedule and performance of each hosted buyer through exhibitor’s evaluation, your report and commitment to the following:

o   Hotels Tours

o   Pre-scheduled meetings and minimum Meetings Required

o   FAM Trip

7.     Cancellations: Cancellations should be made at least 1 month before the event date.

 

8.     Reporting: In order to serve you better, the Organizers will collect a general report from you as evaluation of the show, the hosted buyer program and exhibitors rating. Failure to submit this report will result in losing credibility points* for future events.

 

* Credibility Points System: is a new system that the Organizers have initiated to measure the performance of the hosted buyer. This credibility points system will be used for selection of hosted buyers for future events and as reference for business with the Organizers and Exhibitors. The credibility points are measured through exhibitor’s evaluation survey, the hosted buyer’s commitment to the program and minimum meetings required as well as the general report presented by the hosted buyer.
