 Visas Minimize

Visas will be processed easily to all AWTTE participants either through your local Lebanese Embassy, the organizers or at the Beirut International Airport. We will arrange the special “ Meet and Assist” service required for visiting Lebanon upon request.

Nationalities from the following regions may obtain a Visa upon arrival at the Beirut International Airport:

A single visa entry for 1 month costs 50 USD paid at the Beirut International Airport.

Other Nationalities should process visa entries ahead of time through the local Lebanese Embassy or the organizers.

In case you would like to have your visa entry processed through us, you will have to pay an additional 50 USD (as costs are paid to General Security in Lebanon).

A minimum of 4 weeks should be allowed for processing. Deadlines should be strictly adhered, as we will not be responsible for delays in issuance of visas if clear and complete details for applications are not received on time. Final authority for issuance of visas rests with the Lebanese Immigration Office.

You have to be signed in to register for any of the above services.

* Gulf Nationals are entitled to free visa entries.
